For me, poinsettia plants emerging during this time of year are exciting reminders that the winter holidays are upon us! They are beautiful and vibrant and add so much to the home. However, it sometimes seems that the lives of these festive plants are short-lived and many do not make it through the end of the season. If you are one of those people who would love to see your poinsettias last a bit longer, there is good news! With the proper care and attention your holiday plants can last for 2 – 3 months indoors before needing to be planted outside.
